Service Description

At Smoke Signal, we provide event and RSVP management. Our commitment is to deliver simple to use and modern event tooling as an alternative to existing services that focus on monetizing people and their data.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services for enhancement and evolution. Users will be duly notified of significant changes.

Payment Terms

We accept payments through Stripe and cash. Ensure your account has sufficient funds to avoid disruptions.

Intellectual Property

Smoke Signal retains no rights over user contributed event and RSVP information. Any events and RSVPs created by users are stored within the PDS (personal data server) associated with the user. Smoke Signal will index and make referencial copies of information where necessary to provide service features, with attribution whenever possible.

By uploading content, users grant Smoke Signal rights to use it within the scope of our services.

Termination and Suspension

We may terminate accounts and prevent use of service. Users are encouraged to adhere to our community guidelines.

Disputes

The governing law for disputes is the law of The United Stats Of America. We aim for transparency and legal compliance.
